Meta callback: receive

Receives Meta’s webhook calls. The body must be signed by Meta (X-Hub-Signature-256). Incoming messages are stored in the inbox, and the raw Meta payload is forwarded to your outbound webhooks as meta.whatsapp. Subscribe your Meta app to the messages field (template status and quality updates are forwarded too).

    Meta’s sha256=<hex> HMAC of the body with the app secret.

Response

Status codes

  • 200OK. The payload was accepted.
  • 400Bad request. The body is not a Meta webhook payload.
  • 401Unauthorized. The signature does not match.
  • 413Payload too large. The body could not be read.
