Refund and Cancellation Policy

WhatsApp blocks are not our responsibility. whatsappx.si provides the software only. If WhatsApp restricts or blocks a number you connect, that is handled between you and Meta — whatsappx.si is not responsible for account restrictions and cannot restore an account. Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies, message only people who agreed to hear from you, and send in small batches, never in bulk.

This policy explains how to cancel a whatsappx.si plan and how refunds are handled. It applies to plans you buy from whatsappx.si for your own workspace. If an agency gave you access under its own brand, that agency bills you and its own terms apply.
Free trial
New workspaces get a 7-day free trial with no card needed. You are not charged during the trial and there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends unless you choose a plan. There is one free trial per person.
How billing works
- The Standard plan is billed monthly, or yearly with 13 months of access for each year paid. Current prices are on the pricing page (USA and international, US dollars through Stripe) and the India pricing page (Indian rupees through Razorpay).
- A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- The price shown before you pay is the total you are charged: no tax is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
How to cancel
- Sign in and open Billing in your workspace. Only the workspace owner can change billing.
- Choose Cancel at period end. Stripe customers can also use Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed. You will not be charged again.
After the paid period ends, access to the workspace is paused until you choose a plan again. A free trial does not need to be cancelled: it ends on its own and you are not charged.
Refunds

- Fees are not refundable because WhatsApp or Meta restricted, limited or blocked a number you connected. That decision is made by Meta, and whatsappx.si cannot restore a blocked number (see the Terms and Conditions).
- If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, contact us at the Contact page with the email of your account and the payment details, and we will look into it.
- An approved refund is returned to the original payment method through Stripe or Razorpay. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the subscription can become past due and access may be paused until the payment succeeds. Update your payment method in Billing, or contact us if you need help.
