Terms and Conditions
Draft — pending legal review. This document is not yet final and may change before it takes effect.
WhatsApp blocks are not our responsibility. whatsappx.si provides the software only. If WhatsApp restricts or blocks a number you connect, that is handled between you and Meta — whatsappx.si is not responsible for account restrictions and cannot restore an account. Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies, message only people who agreed to hear from you, and send in small batches, never in bulk.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the whatsappx.si website and web app (the “Service”) provided by [TODO: legal entity name] (“whatsappx.si”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, connecting a WhatsApp number or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.
What is whatsappx.si?
whatsappx.si is software that lets a team read and answer WhatsApp conversations together from one shared inbox. You connect a WhatsApp number that you own, either by scanning a QR code (WhatsApp’s linked-device feature) or through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. We provide the software only. We do not provide WhatsApp, we do not operate your WhatsApp account and we are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
Who is responsible for your WhatsApp account?
You keep full ownership of, and full responsibility for, every WhatsApp number you connect to the Service. In particular you agree that:
- You will comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service, Business Policy, Commerce Policy and Business Messaging Policy, and with every law that applies to your messaging (for example consent, marketing and data-protection rules in your country).
- You will message only people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you, and you will honor every opt-out.
- You will not use the Service for bulk, unsolicited or automated blast messaging. Send in small batches (5–10 messages at a time, with pauses), never hundreds at once.
- If a WhatsApp number is new, you will use it normally on your phone for at least 15–20 days before connecting it to the Service.
What happens if WhatsApp restricts or blocks a number?
If WhatsApp or Meta restricts, suspends, limits or blocks a number you connect, that is a matter between you and Meta. whatsappx.si is not responsible for it in any way.
WhatsApp decides on its own whether to restrict or ban a number, and it can do so with or without a reason we can see. We cannot prevent a restriction, we cannot find out why it happened, we cannot appeal on your behalf and we cannot restore a blocked number. Any dispute, appeal or complaint about a restriction must be raised by you directly with WhatsApp/Meta through their support channels.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, whatsappx.si is not liable for any loss, damage, lost business, lost messages, lost contacts, lost data or other consequence that results from WhatsApp or Meta restricting, suspending or blocking a number, whether or not that number was connected to the Service at the time, and whether or not you followed the guidance in these Terms. Fees already paid for the Service are not refundable because a number was restricted or blocked. [TODO: counsel to align with the refund policy and local consumer law.]
Accounts and workspaces
You must give accurate information when you register, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your workspace, including by teammates you invite. Workspace admins are responsible for the people they invite.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam, scams, harassment, illegal content or anything that breaks WhatsApp’s policies; to interfere with the Service or other customers’ workspaces; or to reverse-engineer, resell or copy the Service. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that breaks these Terms.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. WhatsApp’s linked-device feature, Meta’s APIs and Meta’s policies can change at any time and can affect how, or whether, the Service works with WhatsApp. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Fees
[TODO: plans, billing cycle, taxes, refunds and cancellation terms.]
Intellectual property
The Service, its design and its software belong to whatsappx.si and its licensors. Your messages, contacts and content remain yours; you grant us only the rights needed to run the Service for you. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. [TODO: counsel to confirm wording and jurisdiction-specific carve-outs for the USA and India.]
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. [TODO: confirm the deletion process and data-retention period with the privacy policy.] We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if WhatsApp/Meta requires it. Sections about responsibility for WhatsApp restrictions, intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing law
[TODO: governing law and venue; dispute-resolution process.]
Contact
[TODO: legal contact email.]
