When will prices be published?
We are finalising plans for the United States. Until prices are published, you can create a workspace and explore the product, or talk to our team about your needs.
Are Meta’s WhatsApp fees included?
No. When you connect a number through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta charges its own fees for certain messages according to its published pricing. Those fees are billed by Meta separately and are not part of a whatsappx.si plan.
Can I connect the WhatsApp number I already use?
Yes. You can link an existing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app number by scanning a QR code, or connect numbers through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. For high volume, templates and automation at scale, we recommend the official platform.
