The short answer

Choose AiSensy if your main job is WhatsApp marketing: broadcasts, retargeting, Click-to-WhatsApp ads and a chatbot builder on the official API (as of October 2026). Choose whatsappx.si if your main job is replying: scan a QR code to link the WhatsApp you already use, let the whole team answer from one inbox, and set up keyword auto-replies today, with AI replies coming soon. whatsappx.si does not run bulk broadcast campaigns.

The verdict

whatsappx.si or AiSensy?

  • AiSensy is stronger for marketing: broadcasting, retargeting, segments, a campaign scheduler, click tracking, an Ads Manager, WhatsApp payments, forms and catalogs (as of October 2026). whatsappx.si has none of these.
  • AiSensy has native Android and iOS apps and built-in Shopify and WooCommerce integrations (as of October 2026). whatsappx.si is a web app that connects to other tools through its REST API and webhooks.
  • whatsappx.si fits teams that want to keep the number they already have. Scan a QR code, the number becomes a linked device and recent chats sync in. AiSensy connects through the official API, with Meta Coexistence for WhatsApp Business app numbers enabled by its support team (as of October 2026).
  • For automation, AiSensy offers more today: a drag-and-drop chatbot builder and an AI Agent Builder, both paid add-ons (as of October 2026). whatsappx.si has keyword-triggered auto-replies; AI replies to customers are coming soon.
  • whatsappx.si includes the team basics: owner, admin and agent roles, chat assignment and several workspaces per account, plus API keys and outbound webhooks. On AiSensy, Basic and Pro include 1 owner and 5 agents, and webhooks start on the Premium plan (as of October 2026).
  • Both connect to the official WhatsApp Business Platform. AiSensy publishes a Free Forever plan and INR and USD prices (as of October 2026). For whatsappx.si plans in the USA and India, see the pricing page.

Who is AiSensy for?

AiSensy is for businesses that treat WhatsApp as a marketing channel. As of October 2026, it runs on the official WhatsApp Business API as a Meta Business Partner (AiSensy), and its tools are shaped around campaigns: broadcasting and retargeting with segments, a scheduler, click tracking, a Click-to-WhatsApp Ads Manager, payments, forms and catalogs, plus a multi-agent live chat and a chatbot builder (AiSensy pricing).

For example, a clothing store that sends a weekly offer to opted-in customers and runs Click-to-WhatsApp ads would find most of what it needs in AiSensy.

Who is whatsappx.si for?

whatsappx.si is for teams whose main problem is replying, not broadcasting: several people answering the same number at the same time, knowing who owns which chat.

  • Connect the WhatsApp you already have. Scan a QR code and the number becomes a linked device, like WhatsApp Web. Recent chat history syncs in.
  • Whole team in one inbox. Everyone has their own sign-in. Chats can be assigned, unread counts show what is waiting, and updates appear live.
  • Roles for a support desk. Owners, admins and agents; agents see only their assigned chats.
  • Keyword automations today. Auto-replies that run when a message contains a keyword, each switched on or off, with run counts. AI replies to customers are coming soon.
  • Knowledge base. Write articles your teammates can search for answers while they reply.
  • Official API and developer tools, as extras. Connect numbers through Meta Embedded Signup, manage templates, and use the REST API and outbound webhooks.

For example, a dental clinic with two receptionists could link its existing number, assign appointment questions to reception, and set a keyword auto-reply that answers questions about opening hours.

How do the pricing models differ?

AiSensy publishes its prices: in India a Free Forever plan (without broadcasting), then Basic, Pro, Premium, Unlimited and Enterprise tiers in INR, and an international page in USD. The chatbot builder, AI Agent Builder and extra seats are add-ons. Billing is prepaid, and WhatsApp conversation credits for Meta’s per-message fees are recharged separately (INR pricing; USD pricing; as of October 2026).

whatsappx.si has plans for the USA and India. See the pricing page for current plans in USD and INR.

Meta’s fees are separate from both. On the official platform, Meta charges per delivered message by category and market, and since October 1, 2026 service messages are charged after 1,000 free delivered service messages per business number per month (Meta pricing). QR-linked numbers use WhatsApp’s linked-device feature, not the API, so those fees do not apply to them. Meta also does not currently deliver marketing templates to US (+1) numbers (Meta).

How do you switch from AiSensy, or run both?

  1. Decide what moves

A QR link needs a number that lives in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on a phone, so a number that runs only on the official API cannot be linked by QR code. A simple option is to keep AiSensy for campaigns and link a separate support number to whatsappx.si.

  2. Link your existing app number

If the number is brand new, use it normally for 15–20 days first. Then open the QR screen in whatsappx.si and scan it from the phone that holds the number, as with WhatsApp Web. WhatsApp allows up to four linked devices, and they log out if the phone is unused for over 14 days (WhatsApp).

  3. Or connect an official API number

If the number is on the WhatsApp Business Platform, connect it through Meta Embedded Signup in whatsappx.si and sync your message templates.

  4. Invite the team and plan for gaps

Send invites, set roles, add keyword auto-replies and write knowledge-base articles for your team. If you rely on broadcasts, chatbots or payments, keep AiSensy for that work or connect your own tools through the whatsappx.si API and webhooks.

Frequently asked questions

Is whatsappx.si a replacement for AiSensy?
Only for the inbox part. whatsappx.si can replace AiSensy’s live chat if what you need is a shared inbox for the number you already have, with roles, chat assignment and keyword auto-replies. AI replies to customers are coming soon. It does not replace AiSensy’s broadcasting, retargeting, Ads Manager, payments, forms, chatbot builder or store integrations (as of October 2026). Teams that depend on campaigns should keep AiSensy or use both.
Can I use whatsappx.si and AiSensy at the same time?
Yes, and separate numbers are the simplest setup. A number that runs only on the official API through AiSensy cannot be linked by QR code, because QR linking needs a number that lives in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app on a phone. You could keep a marketing number on AiSensy and link your support number to whatsappx.si. Keep both numbers within WhatsApp’s policies.
Does AiSensy support connecting an existing WhatsApp Business app number?
Yes, through Meta Coexistence. According to AiSensy’s wiki (as of October 2026), the number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app, chats show in both the app and AiSensy, and up to six months of history syncs in. You enable it by contacting AiSensy support. In the sources we reviewed, every AiSensy connection goes through Meta’s official platform, not WhatsApp Web-style linking.
Is the QR-code link in whatsappx.si the same as the official API?
No. The QR link uses WhatsApp’s linked-device feature, like WhatsApp Web, so the four-device cap and the 14-day phone-activity rule apply and Meta’s API fees do not. The official WhatsApp Business Platform is a separate connection, also available in whatsappx.si, and the right route for high volume, approved templates and automation at scale.
Can whatsappx.si send WhatsApp broadcasts like AiSensy?
No. whatsappx.si does not offer bulk broadcast campaigns, and WhatsApp’s terms prohibit bulk and automated messaging on its apps. On the official WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta allows approved template messages to people who opted in, subject to its messaging limits and per-message fees. For campaign tooling, AiSensy is the stronger choice.
Will my WhatsApp number be blocked if I use whatsappx.si?
Any WhatsApp number can be restricted if it breaks WhatsApp’s policies, whichever tool you use. Reduce the risk: use a new number normally for 15–20 days before linking it, send 5–10 messages at a time, never in bulk, and message only people who opted in. whatsappx.si is not affiliated with Meta and cannot restore a restricted account; that is between you and Meta.
