Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. You can link a number you already use in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web. For high volume, approved templates and automation at scale, you can connect numbers through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform instead.
Can I control what each teammate sees?
Yes. Workspaces have owner, admin and agent roles, and agents can be limited to the chats assigned to them. Teammates join by email invite; invite links expire and can be resent or revoked.
