Clients pay you directly through your own Razorpay.

In short

whatsappx.si White-label will let agencies sell our shared WhatsApp inbox, auto-replies and AI Assistant as their own product. You set the brand, domain and prices in rupees, and clients pay you through your own Razorpay for a flat monthly platform fee. It is in early access and the platform is still being built: apply to join.

What do you get with white-label?

Everything below is designed and being built. Everything in the Standard plan is included too.

  • Your brand across the app

Your name, logo, favicon and colours on the app, the login pages and the emails your clients see.

  • Your own domain

Point your domain at the platform with one DNS record. HTTPS is issued automatically once DNS has updated.

  • Your own Razorpay

Clients pay you through your Razorpay account. You are the merchant of record and keep your margin.

  • Plans you design

Set the limits, features and price of each plan you sell. A markup helper shows your margin.

  • Automatic upgrade

When a client pays, their workspace is upgraded straight away. No manual switching.

  • An agency panel

A setup checklist, a client list with search, tags and notes, invites, plan changes, suspend, usage and alerts.

  • Branded emails

Emails to clients go out from a neutral sender with your reply-to address.

  • Help clients from inside

An “Open workspace” action lets you help a client set up. Clients can see the access log and turn your access off.

How does it work, step by step?

This is the planned setup flow. It mirrors the in-app setup checklist we are building, so it may change before launch.

  1. Join the Partner plan

Apply for early access. When the platform launches, we will review applications, onboard a limited number of partners and activate the Partner plan for your agency.

  2. Brand it

Add your name, logo, favicon and colours.

  3. Connect your Razorpay

Connect your own Razorpay account, in test mode first, so clients pay you directly.

  4. Create a plan with your markup

Set the limits and price of each plan you sell. The markup helper shows what you keep.

  5. Invite your first client

Add a client workspace and send the invite. A client who pays is upgraded automatically.

  6. Switch to live keys

Run a test checkout, then switch to live keys. Add your domain with one DNS record; HTTPS follows automatically, usually within minutes and up to 48 hours depending on your DNS provider.

How much can you charge your clients?

That is your call. You create the plans, set their limits and choose their prices, and a markup helper shows what you keep. We do not suggest a price: your market, your clients and your support effort decide it.

To work out your own margin, take what one client pays you in a month, multiply it by the number of clients, then subtract the ₹4,500 platform fee and your Razorpay fees. Remember that GST is extra on the platform fee.

Who is it for?

  • Meta-ads and click-to-WhatsApp agencies

Leads land on WhatsApp. Own the software your clients use after the click, and earn recurring revenue from it.

  • CRM and automation consultants

Add a branded WhatsApp inbox, with an API and webhooks, to your HubSpot, Zoho, n8n or Make implementations.

  • Web design and IT services shops

Upsell recurring software to the small businesses you already build websites for.

  • HighLevel agencies

Add a WhatsApp-only product, or an entry step before a bigger platform. HighLevel does far more; this is a focused add-on.

  • Vertical software founders

Offer WhatsApp inside your own product offer, with an API and a branded app. There is no embeddable SDK today.

Not a fit if you mainly want bulk or unsolicited sending, if you need the official WhatsApp Business API today, or if you cannot support your clients when they have questions. Not for resellers who need HighLevel’s full CRM breadth: HighLevel is far broader.

White-label vs reseller vs referral programs

How other WhatsApp platforms describe their partner programs on their own public pages, as of 4 October 2026. Official-API white-labels (AiSensy, Gupshup, Interakt) include broadcasts, templates and chatbots that whatsappx.si does not have, and official-API stability. Our angle is different: no Meta onboarding for your clients, a flat fee you can see before you apply, your own payment gateway, and an AI assistant for the owner.

Pricing and what’s included

₹4,500 a monthWhite-label PartnerEarly access

₹4,500 a month, flat, is the planned price of the White-label Partner plan (billed in rupees through Razorpay; GST is extra). It is in early access: you apply, and we confirm your place when the platform launches.

You also pay your own Razorpay’s fees when your clients pay you. We do not plan a per-client fee on the platform plan. We will confirm how many client workspaces are included with each partner before you pay: we do not offer unlimited clients.

It is not a reseller licence for Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, and it is not a referral or affiliate commission program. You run the software under your own brand and keep what your clients pay you.

Rules that protect you and your clients

  • Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies, and make sure your clients do too.
  • No bulk or unsolicited sending. Message only people who agreed to hear from your client, in small batches.
  • Do not use “WhatsApp” or “Meta” in your brand name.
  • You are the merchant of record. You handle your clients’ refunds, chargebacks and tax.
  • whatsappx.si is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta, and cannot restore a number WhatsApp restricts.

Apply for early access

Tell us about your agency. When the platform launches we will onboard a limited number of partners in India. Today we are collecting applications and reply by email.

Early access: we reply by email. Nothing is charged when you apply. You would bill your own clients through Razorpay.

White-label questions

Is white-label available today?
Not yet. White-label is in early access: we are still building the partner platform. When it launches, we will onboard a limited number of agencies; today we are collecting applications. You can apply on this page and we will get in touch. We will not call it live, or show partner numbers or screenshots, until it is.
How much does whatsappx.si White-label cost?
The planned price is ₹4,500 a month, flat, for the White-label Partner plan, plus your own Razorpay’s fees when clients pay you. We do not plan a per-client fee on the platform plan. GST is extra. The price is shown on the pricing page too.
Can my clients pay me directly?
When it launches, yes: through your own Razorpay account. You are the merchant of record, so you set the prices and handle refunds, chargebacks and tax for your clients. A client who pays is upgraded automatically. whatsappx.si bills you only the flat platform fee.
Do my clients ever see whatsappx.si?
When it launches, your name, logo, domain and emails will be shown across the app, the login pages and client emails. There will be exceptions at first: Google sign-in and the official-API signup are not available on partner domains yet. We do not promise a zero-trace white-label.
How many clients can I have?
When it launches, the plan will include your agency workspace and a number of client workspaces that we confirm with each partner before you pay. We will not offer unlimited clients. Tell us how many you expect when you apply, and we will say what fits.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API or Meta approval?
When it launches, no: your clients connect the WhatsApp number they already use by QR code, like WhatsApp Web. The official WhatsApp Business API is coming soon, waiting for Meta approval, and cannot be connected yet. Avoid this program if you need the official API today.
How fast is setup?
When it launches, the planned flow will let you set the brand and add a first client the same day. A custom domain will need one DNS record. HTTPS is issued automatically once DNS has updated, which usually takes minutes but can take up to 48 hours depending on your DNS provider.
Can I try it before charging clients?
Yes, once live: you will connect your Razorpay account in test mode, run a test checkout end to end, and only then switch to live keys. Nothing is charged to a client until you switch.
What happens if a client, or I, stop paying?
When it launches, you will choose how long a client has to pay before their workspace is paused, and a paused client will see a branded page. If your own Partner plan lapses, there will be a grace period for you and then for your clients before workspaces pause. We will confirm the exact periods in the partner agreement.
Can you guarantee numbers will not be banned?
No. WhatsApp and Meta decide, not us. whatsappx.si paces sending and guides safe use, but you and your clients must follow WhatsApp’s policies. whatsappx.si is not affiliated with Meta and cannot restore a restricted number.
